Been a Long Time

Long time no post so here are a couple of pics. This first one is of John (with his CPAP machine on as well) and Scuffy in bed. Dunno where I was supposed to sleep.
This one is our boy version of Little Chicken Feather. This has been on-going for some time, another girl started doing the stitcheries and then decided that she just didn't want to continue with it so 'muggins' (me) took it upon herself to get it finished. It has now been quilted and the binding is on ready to be hand stitched down. (Someone else's job).

I havn't done much for myself, I lost my 'mojo' for a few weeks but it is slowly coming back. I am trying to concentrate on getting things done for myself at the moment, things like catching up with my BOM Girls Day Out (only one block left to stitch then ready to put together), hand stitching the border on my Double Wedding Ring quilt (only one side left to do), hand stitching flowers, stems, leaves etc on my 1930's quilt (3 sides to do) and doing a couple more blocks for Postcards from Paris (centre block and 3 smaller ones to go). Maybe soon I can do a couple of smaller things and give the bigger projects a rest, at least give me a rest from them.
Hope to have some other things to 'rabbit' on about soon.

Xmas Ornie Swap

Wow was I pleased with my Xmas Ornie that I received from Sarah. This is just fabulous, I really love it, thanks so much Sarah.
This is what I made for my partner, Cathy in the Xmas Ornie swap.

I Don't Believe This

Here is the latest addition to our family. My boss bought this for us .... for why ..... I don't know. She got herself a new Malteze pup a couple of weeks ago and this morning I said that I wouldn't mind a small house dog. Next thing she was on the phone and she asked me if I wanted this and when I asked how much she wouldn't tell me. Next thing she is off and back with this little guy for us. His mummy is Miniature Foxy/Chihuahua X and daddy is Maltese/Shitzu X. We have called him Tramp.

I Believe

This is not a really good photo but it is the only one I have. This is the Christmas Card holder from Nancy Halvorsen's newest book 'I Believe' and it is made using her 'I Beleive' range of fabrics also. Another one for work. I think I need to soon add something on here that I have done for myself.

Songbirds

I have done this for work and it is not my colours at all but we have to use other colours and fabrics for those who like them to see how they look made up. This is a Bronwyn Hayes pattern. I completed the stitcheries some time ago so thought I had better get it made up. It is yet to be quilted and bound.
